3. Spend time with loved ones. Reach out to your family and friends who are there to listen and understand. They can help provide emotional support during tough times and offer a listening ear to your worries and concerns.
4. Participate in activities. Exercise, go for a walk, watch a movie, or take part in hobbies. Participating in activities you enjoy can provide you with some comfort during difficult times.
